How to customize my Live Chat Widget?

Hey Folks,

To do that, go to

Settings>Widget> General

Add URL of your website where you want the help widget to be installed to.

Upload logo, add Intro phrase, choose your brand color, pattern or no pattern, position of the bubble, on the left or right side on your website, choose bubble design and click on Save.
